Q: What is the typical burn time for the candles?

A: The candle burn time is determined based on the usage and the proper care of the candle. On average the candle burns for our 8.5oz is 50+ hrs and 13.5oz is 120+ hrs.

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: All orders are shipped 3 to 5 business days after purchase. Orders are shipped Monday - Thursday via USPS or UPS, excluding holidays. Large orders will be shipped separately. Tracking numbers will be sent to your email provided at check out.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Free shipping only applies to your purchase over $100 before tax.

Q: What is the residue buildup around my candle?

A: The residue buildup around the candle is called "Frosting." "Frosting" occurs with natural soy candles. It is a white crystallization that forms on the wax and around the jar. It will not affect the scent nor the burning of your candles.
